About the Office

Our office is modern and spacious offering ample seating in the waiting areas, private examination rooms and a beautiful optical dispensary. Behind the scenes we have a full optical lab so we can do everything from making spectacle lenses from scratch (lens casting) to customizing lenses to fit any frame (edging).

Office Staff

Our full time staff consists of an office manager, receptionist, optometric assistant, and optician. We also have part-time staff members who have cross-trained in more than one position and help to keep the office going during vacations. We pride ourselves in maintaining a tight schedule to minimize waiting time and to provide quick delivery service on spectacles and contact lenses.

Office Hours

The office is open Monday, 8am to 5pm, and Tuesday through Friday, 7:30am to 5pm. We require appointments for exams and testing and encourage appointments for visiting the optical shop. There is an emergency number for reaching the doctor when the office is closed. This number is for eye health emergencies only.

Billing & Insurance

We accept and do the billing for most major insurance companies including Medicare. Also for your convenience we accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover Card. Though we are pleased to be able to offer these services, ultimately it is your responsibility to get the proper referrals and pay for deductibles and non-insured expenses.
